📦 Returns & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations, but we may still offer store credit or a replacement on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for assistance.

• The item(s) you’d like to return

• A brief reason for the return

We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
